These terms govern your use of JobSync ("the service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your login. Don't share your account with others. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
• Don't use the service to send spam, harass people, or violate any law.
• Only connect job sources you're allowed to access. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any job board you point us at.
• Outreach drafts are suggestions. You are responsible for the content of any message you actually send.

The service

The service uses AI to score jobs and draft messages. Output can be wrong, outdated, or biased. Nothing produced by the service is career, legal, or financial advice. Use your own judgment before applying or sending anything.

Availability

We do our best to keep the service running, but we don't guarantee uptime, scan frequency, or that every relevant job will be surfaced. We may change, pause, or shut down features with reasonable notice.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload (resume text, portfolio, notes, preferences). You grant us the limited right to process it in order to operate the service for you. See the Privacy Policy for details on how it's handled.

Termination

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the service or other users at risk.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in-app.
